These Terms & Conditions govern your use of printedshadecloth.com.au and your purchase of products from PrintedShadecloth. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and custom printing
Our products include custom-printed shadecloth, fence mesh banners and signage. As many items are made to order from artwork you supply, you are responsible for ensuring your artwork, dimensions, spelling and colours are correct before approving production. Printed colours may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to materials and printing processes.
Quotes and pricing
Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, where indicated, include GST. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote and may be subject to change due to artwork, specification or freight variations. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted once payment (or an agreed deposit) is received and confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order in limited circumstances, including suspected fraud, pricing errors or unavailability, in which case any payment made will be refunded.
Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide using third-party carriers. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your goods on arrival and notify us promptly of any damage or shortage.
Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Intellectual property
All content on this website is owned by or licensed to PrintedShadecloth and may not be reproduced without permission. By supplying artwork for printing, you confirm that you own or are authorised to use it and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to the goods or this website is limited to re-supplying the goods or the cost of re-supplying them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
